Great experience. Replaced my Tankless water heater that went out. Less than 24 hour turn around time. Great value & service.

Technicians and Dispatch were very courteous - the only positive note. I contacted Homeserve about a dripping bathtub spout. I kind of figured it was the cartridge. Two technicians came out check out the leak and indicated that it was a cartridge. They didn't have a cartridge, and would need to get one. A few minutes later they indicated that they had another emergency and would be back the next day. One technician came back the following day and changed the cartridge for $400. At one point when he was testing the tub spout - there was water coming out of the handle and spout. He finally got it fixed. I was happy at the time. I later found out that the hot and cold water was reversed then a few days later I noticed that the handle was now dripping every time the water was turned on. My concern was if the water was dripping at the handle, it could also be dripping behind the tile. I called Stott Plumbing about a week and a half after the repair. I indicated that I was going out of town for the holidays and made an appointment for the second week in January. I was contacted about an hour before my window, indicating that Stott Plumbing needed to reschedule. I had to reschedule for a few weeks later. The day of the appointment, I noticed that the tub spout was now dripping again! When the technician came back to fix the drip at the handle and the hot and cold reversed, I was told that I should have had the whole spout and handle replaced in the first place. That would cost me $1500, plus they would need to tear out tile and I would have to get that fixed on my own. I really could not see putting out over $2000 for a drip, so I ended up being charged $150 for the service call. So after paying $550, I am worst off than what I was, because now I have my HOT and COLD reversed along with the on/off handle leaking and the dripping tub spout. I would not recommend Stott Plumbing.

I needed a new water heater and dealt with Stott's. Ben came out and was efficient, nice, knowledge, and cleaned up when he was done. I highly recommend them. They made getting a new water heater, easy!

Bryan, the owner is extremely knowledgeable about all things plumbing/excavating-related and provided great advice about how to get our new water line installed in the 100-year old home we are remodeling. Cody was the contact person in charge of organizing the excellent crew consisting of Connor, Alfredo and George. All 4 of these gentlemen were EXTREMELY kind and patient with my pages of questions, concerns and issues with our project. I was updated every few hours throughout our 2-day long project with pictures of the job as well as descriptions of the work being done. I trust these professionals and their fantastic work and work product -- and am thrilled to highly recommend them. They are friendly, efficient, responsible and thorough. Stott and I have become good friends as I have an old home with a compromised drain. Homeserve sends them out to clear the mess, and I've always been pleased-this time was no exception. Max and his colleague were efficient and kept me in the loop the entire time they were there. I was delighted by how clean the basement was-they clearly took the time to wet-vac up all the water and leave it in great shape. I really appreciated that extra touch.
